Meet the Founder/CEO
When people ask me, "Why Makeup and Martinis?", I just let them know I love all things beautiful and a great cocktail, lol. But seriously, I'm a freelance makeup artist who truly understands the art of makeup. I enjoy all things beautiful and when you couple that with a great Martini, you can't go wrong. It's not just a catchy phrase for my company, it's an extremely cool way to get women (and men) together in a setting that looks and feels great while educating them about great skin care, makeup, hair care and even wellness and fashion.
Not only can the everyday woman enjoy a great girls night out, but Makeup and Martinis Chicago also provides opportunities for people in the industry of beauty, fashion and wellness to come together and network, gain some amazing contacts and even form lifelong personal and professional relationships. It's not unheard of to attend one of our events and be able to meet some amazing people in the industry including celebrity makeup artist Reggie Wells or be able to schmooze with the likes of high profile people such as radio/tv personality Bionce' Foxx or reality television star Kai Morae. That's always been my standard to bring our guests the best.
As an entrepreneur who is creating her own path and finding her own niche within this industry, not only do I want to bring a mix of class and eclecticism to this industry in the Midwest but across the world. It's no secret that when we look good, we feel good. But it takes a keen eye, a knack for detail and expertise in bringing highly qualified professionals together in the form of a team to create Makeup and Martinis Chicago. I'm very proud of my company and I'm even more excited for the journey!
